Taoyuan Airport: No. 69, Sec. 2, SanMin Rd., Taoyuan city. ( 08:30 A.m. ~ 20:30 P.M. )
Hualien : No.105, Kao lien first Rd., Hualien city. ( 07:30 A.m. ~ 21:00 P.M. )

Insurance

1. The rental includes the forced insurance, passenger accident insurance, and the third party liability insurance, burglary insurance and collision damage waive（C.D.W.）.
   1. The forced insurance: The rent for lessee has included the forced insurance with the highest adjustment NT $1,500,000; and injured body NT $200,000 per person.
   2. Passenger liability：Up to NT＄1,000,000 any one person death, and injured body NT $100,000 per person
   3. Third party liability：Up to NT＄3,000,000 any one accident, and injured body NT $1,500,000 per person.（property：NT＄300,000 including.）
   4. Burglary insurance : When the car was stolen, lessee should afford the 20% current value (excluding audio devices, spare tire and the business loss for 30 days).
   5. Collision damage waive（C.D.W.）： Amount shared by the lessee for hit is NT$8,000 below. In case the maintenance and repair amounts less than NT$8,000, the lessee should pay for it totally. Any lessee who does not accept the C.D.W. should bear the full payment in addition to business loss in case of hit happening. All the payment excludes the business loss arising. The depreciation will be calculated at 20% of maintenance cost or at 25% if the used Leased Object is over 2 years.
2. Indemnification of car destroy/collision damage

   When the Leased Object is hit or destroyed, Lessee should report to the police authority and notice Lessor immediately and send the hit/destroyed Leased Object to the service center, except that there are some special conditions or the road is interrupted. If such accident is arisen out of any act by Lessee’s, Lessee should afford the expenses including towing-away fee, repair, depreciation, and any rental incurred when the Leased Object is repaired. In case Lessee at its discretion approves other service center rather than the appointed service center to repair the Leased Object without the consent of Lessor, Lessor has the right to demand Lessee to repair the Leased Object at the price as assessed by the motor company.

All vehicles in Nice rent a car is automatic and available at any locations.

What is policy regarding one-way rentals between countries in Taiwan?
One way rentals may be allowed to specified cities between countries. In these circumstances a one way fee may apply. However, in some instances one way rentals are not allowed between countries or may be limited to specific types of vehicle.
